Gualandi Mission to welcome IEC deaf delegates

THE Gualandi Mission for the Deaf will host a welcome party for the hearing-impaired individuals from all over the world who are attending the 51st International Eucharistic Congress this week.

The activity will be held on Jan. 27, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Gualandi multipurpose gym, St. Michael Village, barangay Kasambagan, Cebu City.

The highlights of the afternoon will be the concelebrated Mass in sign language. Signing bishops from the Philippines and deaf priests worldwide will concelebrate the Holy Mass.

Among them is Fr. Cyril Axelrod, a deaf-blind priest from London.
