POLICE arrested 12 persons in an anti-drug operation in barangay Tugbongan, Consolacion town, northern Cebu last Saturday night.
One of the arrested persons was 27-year-old Omar Obejero, who was the subject of the buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Central Visayas (CIDG-7) and Cebu Province Special Operation Team (SOT).
Also arrested was Martires Sasing, who allegedly runs a drug den in the area.
Caught inside the drug den were Norvin Dela Cerna Heyrosa, John Paul Rosal, Genes Loquillano, Lorvie Baltazar,
Exequila Sasing, Arnel Masacampo, Randy Pino, Concordo Babor, Quincy John Minina Mosquera and Teleforo Lato.
Police recovered 51 packs of suspected shabu during the operation.
