A SUSPECTED drug pusher was arrested in Toledo City around 6 p.m. last Friday.

Toledo police operatives led by Chief Supt. Samuel Mina collared Cristituto Candol, 44, single, of Sitio Lawis, Barangay Luray II, Toledo City, who was the subject of a buy-bust operation.

Also arrested were 71-year-old Adelaida Recaplaza and Junjun Candol, 18, cousin of Cristituto, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Recaplaza said she earned money from selling tinfoil, which is used in pot session, worth P5 each.

The policemen handed P200 marked money to Candol as payment for one sachet of shabu. They immediately handcuffed Candol after consummating the drug deal.

During further search, police confiscated another three medium- and four small-sized plastic pack containing alleged shabu and P700 cash believed to be proceeds of illegal drugs from Candol.
