ARCHITECTS from in and around Cebu will converge in the city tomorrow for the 2016 Arkilympics District Assembly at the Metro Sports Lahug.
Competitors from the different chapters, namely Cebu, Bohol, Dumaguete, Rajah Humabon, Datu Lapu-Lapu, Sugbo and Cebu-Leon Kilat will be duking it out against one another in a test of athletic wills. The different sporting disciplines that will be competed in are basketball, football, badminton, bowling, table tennis, billiard and golf.
The winners of the respective events will be tasked with representing District C1 in the 2016 United Architects of the Philippines-NatCon Arkilympics that will be held in Manila next month.
The event is being made possible through the generous support of Davies Paints Philippines along with Color Steel, Bostik, CMI, Knex, American Standard, BMG and Emerald. The event’s institution partner is the University of Southern Philippines Foundation.
