Lolypop faces raps at Ombud for 2012 SALN
Two residents of Mandaue City asked the Ombudsman Visayas to investigate Mandaue City Councilor Emmarie “Lolypop” Ouano-Dizon for her failure to declare all her properties in her 2012 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN).
Lito Ferrater and Allan Bisquera filed their complaints at the Ombudsman-Visayas Wednesday morning.
Atty. Corazon Naraja, Ombudsman Visayas spokesperson, said they will investigate the complaint based on the merits and evidence presented.
“Dili man ni namo pwede balibaran. Basta ting election we notice nga mo increase gyud and number of cases filed (We cannot reject this. Every election, we notice that the number of cases filed increase),” Naraja said.
Ouano-Dizon is running for Mandaue City mayor under One Cebu Party.
