A MAN was shot after midnight Tuesday at the interior portion of barangay Duljo Fatima in Cebu City.
Philio Mangyao sustained gunshot wounds in his right arm and back. A native of Oroquieta City, Mangyao was brought to the Cebu City Medical Center by residents in the area.
The motive behind the attack is unknown.
