A MULTI-SECTORAL group called on the public to exercise and protect their right to vote on the May 9 elections.

Organized last month, the Ecumenical Movement Against Electoral Fraud and Violence voiced support for the Cebu Citizens Involvement and Maturation in People’s Empowerment (C-Cimpel).

“We won’t be separate from C-Cimple,” said Bishop Jezer Bertuldo, West Visayas Jurisdictional Area Bishop of the United Church of Christ in the Philippines and one of the convenors.
