THE Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas in Barangay Labangon, Cebu City is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the parents and relatives of the foundling children.

A baby girl, estimated to be 5 months old, was left by a woman to the care of Nelson Coja Owatan inside their house in Sitio Dita, Barangay Pulangbato, Cebu City around 9 a.m. last March 17.

A baby boy, around 3 months old, was found by Amelita Tecson last April 13 at 1:30 p.m. at the waiting shed in front of Mabolo Church in Cebu City.

Baby Jerymie Montana, was abandoned by his mother Jessa in Mambaling, Cebu City on Nov. 1, 2015, when he was 2 months old.

The parents and relatives are requested to appear or claim the children within one month.

Failure of the parties to appear will subject the children to abandonment proceedings at the DSWD central office.

They may see social worker Vilma Cosido at the RSCC at Camomot Franza Road, Katipunan Street, Labangon Cebu City or call 4140243.
