The new traffic scheme

THE one day dry run for a traffic scheme along ML Quezon highway in Lapu-Lapu City turned out good so far, the City Traffic Management System (CTMS) said Saturday.

“It’s not like yesterday, now the vehicles are moving smoothly,” CTMS head Frank Brazil said.

Brazil admitted there were motorists who got confused but said that soon they will get use to the new scheme.

The dry run started at 6 a.m. and will last until 10 p.m. Saturday.
