A FIRE razed a two-storey house in Sitio Baksan, Barangay Sapangdaku, Guadalupe, Cebu City at past 1 p.m. Wednesday.

SF02 Emiliano Daño Jr. of the Guadalupe Fire Station said the house, owned by Jack Fleming caught fire at 1:05 pm and was put out at 1:55 p.m.

The fire originated at the second bedroom of the house.

Daño said an unplugged charger was found still connected to the outlet. Sapangdaku tanod Nestor Mancia said the house was made of light materials.

He said Fleming is in Manila with his daughter for nearly a week now and the house was under the care of Henry Labra, a barangay councilman who was also not around at the time of the incident.

No one was hurt and damages were pegged at P100,000./UP Intern Amy A. Macalinao
