2 Cebuano triathletes shine in Singapore tilt

TWO Cebuano triathletes had strong a strong showing in the Singapore International Triathlon yesterday at the East Coast Park, Singapore.

Justin Chiongbian and Andrew Kim Remolino, both members of the Philippine developmental triathlon team, finished 9th and 11th overall in the tightly contested sprint division.

The race’s official results were not available as of this wring.

Chiongbian and Remolino competed in the sprint division, which had a 750-meter swim, 20-kilometer bike and 5k run.

The Philippine delegation was composed of 16 triathletes, most of which were junior triathletes.
