GREAT domestic and foreign travel destinations will once again be showcased this year as the third leg of the International Travel Festival (ITF) is set to take place this July 15 to 17 at the Ayala Center Cebu.
With the theme, “Don’t Dream, Just Go”, the three-day event will bring together over 107 exhibitors including tour operators, airlines, hotels, resorts, travel agents, financial institutions, and insurance agents to give wanderlusts their best travel experience yet.
The first ITF was staged in 2014 which has successfully gained thousands of visitors as well as positive sales results for the exhibitors.
The regional tourism show eventually became a converging point for tourism stakeholders and consumers as it duplicated its inaugural success in its second leg the previous year. “It’s really gratifying for us knowing that the show has not only generated sales for our participating exhibitors but has likewise enabled them to reinforce relationship with their clients,” said ITF Project Director Stephanie Villahermosa.
MyEventology, the organizer of the event, held the second Cebu Travel Exchange (CTX) as a precursor to the third ITF last July 14 at the Niña Ballrooms of Radisson Blu Cebu. CTX is a business-to-business session among ITF exhibitors representing the different industries. It is projected to be a much bigger event as prospective international buyers from the different ASEAN countries, India, and the Middle East are expected to gather at the event. /PR
