Experience Changzhou Good! – a Chinese Culinary Journey at Marco Polo Plaza’s Café Marco from July 13 to 16.

Marco Polo Changzhou’s Executive Chinese Chef Mr. Tang Chi Wai will be at the Marco Polo Plaza to whip up authentic Chinese dishes at the Café Marco. He will be serving his specialties from Canton, Sichuan and Huai Yang. Chef Tang is a native-born Hongkongese from Kowloon. He has more than 40 years of experience in Chinese cuisine and believes that cooking is an art where he combines the taste of food, ingredients, custom and even time and emotions.

Aside from the buffet offerings, this special culinary journey will also feature Chef Tang’s Chinese Lauriat table. During the food promotion, you can book a special Chinese Lauriat table at Café Marco. Choose from Lauriat menus crafted by a team of culinary experts under the leadership of Chef Tang Chi Wai. Rates start at Php 2,000 per person for a table of 10. The Chinese Lauriat tables are also available for lunch and dinner. Prior reservation is needed as there are limited tables available.
