A parked vehicle fell on its side several meters down a river bank in Sitio Golden Valley, Barangay Lahug, Cebu City past 3 p.m. today in what appeared to be a rain-induced massive soil erosion that caused the riprap of the village’s Holy Family chapel to collapse.
An eight-year-old girl was inside the vehicle when it happened but he was rescued unharmed except for some minor bruises, according to residents. / PHOTO EDITOR TONEE DESPOJO
