“IT’S Showtime” host Anne Curtis-Heussaff takes on a different genre in her next film, “Buy Bust” which also stars Filipino-American mix martial artist, Brandon Vera.
Viva Films shared the teaser on its Instagram last December 26 with the caption: “Erik Matti is back with his latest masterpiece, #BuyBust.”
Among Matti’s most recent films are “On The Job (OTJ),” “Honor Thy Father,” and “Seklusyon.”
“Buy Bust” is Curtis-Heussaff’s first action film. Most of her films have been mostly drama and comedy. They include “The Gifted,” “No Other Woman,” “Bakit Lahat ng Gwapo May Boyfriend?”, “A Secret Affair,” and “Babe I Love You.”
In 2016, Curtis-Heussaff already gave hints about the movie she was working on.
“Sabi ko na kasi No Stunt Doubles for this film. Ayan. Baptism of Fire. #BuyBust,” she said in a post last October 23, 2016 as she shared a photo covering her left cheek with a piece of cloth.
Another post she shared on October 25, 2016 had the caption: “Culprit of all my bruises.”
