One of Danao City’s most wanted arrested in Taytay
The fifth most wanted person in the Danao City police was arrested on February 27, Tuesday afternoon in Barangay Taytay, Danao City.
Ronie Penas, 36, from Barangay Taytay was arrested around 5:40 p.m. by virtue of a search warrant issued by Judge Ma. Josefa Pinza-Ramos of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Danao City.
According to Superintendent Jaime Quiocho, the chief of Danao City police, Penas has a pending rape case in court.
Penas is now detained at Danao City Police precinct before he will be turned over to the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation (CPDRC) tomorrow.
