AGENTS of the regional unit of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested a suspected level two drug pusher in barangay Pulangbato, Cebu City yesterday afternoon.
Rodlillo Miñoza, 34, was collared after he allegedly handed over a pack suspected to contain shabu to a police decoy.
Four more big packs suspected to contain shabu with an estimated value of P200,000 were allegedly seized from Miñoza’s possession.
Marc Maramba of PDEA-7 agent said Miñoza sells illegal drugs not only in Pulangbato, but also in the neighboring barangays and in Mandaue City.
Barangay Pulangbato is among the areas identified as an illegal drug trade hot spot.
