CEBU CITY, Philippines— It seemed like it was just yesterday when everyone was whipping their arms out for a dalgona coffee.

And some just got started with their wellness journey.

Fast forward to today, Cebu City has been under quarantine for a whole solid year.

On March 16, 2020, Cebu was put under General Community Quarantine, and not long after, it was placed under Enhanced Community Quarantine.

But in a span of one year, what has changed?

CDN Digital asked Siloys what changes they have observed for the past year.

Most of the netizens admitted that not much has changed, actually. While others channeled their frustrations by making things light and funny.

Contrary to some of the comments by netizens, there are a lot of changes since March 2020, one of which is that some of our health workers are now are getting vaccinated and not long after that, citizens of the city will soon follow. That right there is the change we have all been waiting for.

But seriously, though, are we making better ube cheese pandesals, now than last year?

Stay safe, Siloys! /rcg
