Kaiser Estates, stronger at 6, earns ISO quality certification

KAISER Estates earned certification from the International Organization Standardization (ISO), a mark that guarantees quality to its existing and potential customers.

The award was successfully earned by Kaiser Estates with the standardization ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification which was then handed by TUV SUD certifying body on their 6th year celebration.
ISO 9001:2008 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

President of Kaiser Estates, Kaiser Christopher F. Tan said the certification will give them improved work quality by following the standards that was given by the ISO.
As a growing company, Kaiser Estate, has already shown its worth and competency in the growing real estate world, as it already produced houses that fit in any individual’s perspective and likes.

Kaiser Estates projects were as follows; Graceland 1 Buaya, Mactan, Graceland 2 Dapdap, Mactan, Graceland 4 Poblacion, Minglanilla, Karls Town 1 Jagobiao, Mandaue, Karls Town 2 Estancia, Mandaue and Kim Rose 7 Singson, Guadalupe.

Upcoming projects were also introduced during the celebration such as Graceland 6 and Graceland 7.
