AS Cebu’s first residential resort community Tambuli Seaside Living steadily rises along the scenic beachfront of Mactan, so is the growing number of investors and unit owners thanks to the hard work and determination of its team of active real estate brokers.

Last April 7, Tytans Properties and Development Inc. hosted afternoon tea for the brokers of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage, who, in the past 8 months, have consistently brought in over 200 million pesos in revenue for Tambuli Seaside Living, making them Tambuli’s Top Realty Firm. Forty-four brokers were given due recognition for their tremendous effort and invaluable support. Business Development Manager Vito Carlo Genove went on to give a quick update on the developments of the project and the exciting incentives in cash, travel and gadgets that await the brokers. In response, Anthony Leuterio, President of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage, reaffirmed their team’s commitment to the project.

Tambuli Seaside living has attracted a very receptive local and foreign market. Two of the first 6 towers of Phase 1 have already been sold out and currently, the 3rd tower is now 70 percent sold. By end of 2015, Tambuli is set to launch its 4th tower. The development is the flagship project of Tytans Properties and Development Inc. headed by its Chairman, Montano Ty and President, Gerard Tan. The 11-hectare property comes with a 200-meter natural beachfront blessed with fine, white sand. Within the development, 4-hectares will be allocated for a world-class resort amenity area which will include a Modern Asian Clubhouse, lagoon-type swimming pools, four restaurants, a fitness center, and several water sports facilities, among others.

Tambuli Seaside Living is set to turn over its units by last quarter of 2016.
