Cable provider SkyCable has opened its second mall-based business hub in Cebu.
SkyZone, located in Cyberzone in SM City Cebu, is larger can cater to more customers, said general manager Niño Rey Sarabosing.
The business center caters to payments and billing as well as broadband services and other customer transactions. Customers can also view digital and high-definition channels on the LCD screens in the center.
“The intent is to make it more personalized for customers,” said chief operating officer Ray Montinola said.
“Instead of going to their houses, or talking over the phone, why not bring it to where they are?” he added.
The new Skyzone had its soft opening in late April and has since been catering to as many as 40 walk-in customers a day, Sarabosing said.
A third business center in Cebu is planned at the SM Seaside City, which is targeted to open late this year.
Two other SkyZones are located in Davao. Additional centers will open in Manila soon. /Vanessa Claire Lucero Correspondent
