Marco Polo Plaza Cebu welcomes the latest member of the hotel family with the coming of Xavier Masson as the Resident Manager.
An experienced hospitality professional with 15 years of experience across the globe, Mr. Masson is on gear on strengthening daily hotel operations and overall performance of the Food and Beverage department. His expertise in F&B will duly reinforce Marco Polo Plaza’s reputation as the authority of superb cuisines in the city.
Prior to coming to the Philippines, he served as the Resident Manager at Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa, a luxury resort in Thailand. He was also the F&B Director at The Landings St. Lucia in the Carribean and an F&B Manager in hotels and resorts in Kenya, France and French Polynesia.
Originally from France, Mr. Masson finished a catering and hospitality management degree from the Alexandre Dumas School in Illkirch, Strasbourg.
