Baby found inside a paper bag. (contributed)
A NEW born male baby was found Tuesday morning inside a red paper bag at a store along the road at Sto. Nino barangay Basak, Lapu Lapu City.
Rubelyn Cambor, a 38 year old resident noticed the bag moving and peeked inside, surprised to see the baby.
The baby was brought to the Lapu Lapu City Hospital and later turned over to the NorPhil Adoption Center at Lapu Lapu City Hospital.
