Foldable fans printed with the photos of the Top 10 Most Wanted Criminals were distributed to passengers awaiting their trips in various terminals and ports in the cities of Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu and Cebu last Thursday.
Supt. Rex Derilo, acting chief of the Regional Intelligence Division of the Police Regional Office Central Visayas, said that most of the wanted criminals in the region are accused of heinous crimes such as murder, homicide and robbery.
Among the criminals posted on the fan were Michael Florida for charges of robbery with homicide, Dionesio Suarez who had been accused of murder and a detainee who had escaped named Exiquel Aniscal, for robbery and homicide charges.
