Cordova, Lapu mayors unaware of cyberporn activities
Cordova Vice-Mayor Adelino Sitoy said he and his daughter, Cordova Mayor Techie Sitoy-Cho were unaware that cyberpornography existed in Barangay Buagsong.
“Ang gitutukan namo og maayo dinhi kanang sa Cogon ug sa Ibabao kay diha man to ang mga dakop sa una pero karon pa na nahitabo sa Buagsong (Our focus is much of Cogon and Ibabao where previous apprehensions occurred but only this time it happened in Buagsong),” he said.

He said he will call the attention of the money remittance center for failing to inform the authorities about this despite an ordinance requiring them to do so. Failure to report suspicious accounts results in revocation of business permits.
Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Paz Radaza said she had been reminding barangay officials to monitor any cyberpornography activities in their areas especially those near Cordova town.
