LAST July 28, 2016, South City Homes in Barangay Tungkop, Minganilla successfully held its groundbreaking ceremony.
The ceremony was graced by the officials of M & E Family Realty Development Inc. and some representatives from the Municipality of Minglanilla.
South City Homes will have 71 horizontal houses. This project is the fourth and the most recent housing project of M&E Realty Development, Inc. It is a high-end project nested at the 1.5-hectare property.
