FOR the adventurous spirits and foodies who adore cuisine from around the world, Puso Bistro & Bar prepares a weekly dinner feast, a different treat to all senses for seven days a week with the Culinary Calendar.

Starting the week on Mondays is perfect for the foodies who enjoy surprises of international favorites including leg of lamb carving and mixed grilled meats by the action station, while Tuesdays step a little closer to home with a truly Asian buffet with a fresh tempura station and exquisite dim sum and Korean variations of galbi and mouthwatering kimchi.

Wednesdays bring Italian magic  with piping hot roasted porchetta and a plethora of rich Italian desserts. Thursdays deliver the West to you with roast prime rib carving, juicy schnitzel and other cutlets and some all-American favorites. Fridays become even more festive with Mexican delights of hot, spicy and refreshing items and freshly-made guacamole made from scratch, while Saturdays is a seafood night with the freshest catch of crab, prawns, scallops and more.. Sundays end the week by bringing everyone back home, with the incomparable Pinoy palette for the palate including whole lechon and a variety of everyone’s favorite Pinoy desserts.

Puso Bistro’s executive chef Dinesh is adamant about making each dish as authentic as possible using nothing but high-quality, premium ingredients without compromising taste, a truly great value abiding by Quest Hotel Cebu’s mantra of bringing affordable goodness and authenticity to hotel guests and walk-in diners a like./PR
