THE HIT primetime series “Dolce Amore” came to a close last Friday with Tenten (Enrique Gil) and Serena (Liza Soberano) living their happy-ever-after.
Serena and Enrique walked down the aisle dressed in Francis Libiran creations for the finale of the teleserye.
Enrique was clad in a custom-made Barong Tagalog, while Liza exuded elegance in a stunning lace white gown.
Social media was also abuzz after ageless heartthrob Ian Veneracion made a surprise appearance, portraying the role of the priest who officiated the marriage of the onscreen pair.
Hours after the final episode aired, the official hashtag #TheMostBeautifulFinale was still one of the most talked about topics on Twitter.
Serena’s wedding vow started off describing her young self, someone who loved princess stories despite her inability to remember her early memories due to amnesia.
“Prince Charming doesn’t have to be perfect. It can also mean na tuwing kasama mo siya (when you are with him), everything is perfect… Tenten you may not be a real life prince, but you have charmed your way into my heart … I vow to always love you. The memory that never faded, the memory of my heart,” said Serena
After Serena’s vows, Tenten told her how his love for the young lady led him to pursue his other love and that is music.
“Pero alam mo na-realize ko lang mali pala ako. It’s not because of you that I found music in my life. Dahil ikaw ang musika ko, Serena,” Tenten said in his vow.
After their wedding, Serena and Tenten were shown playfully chasing each other in a bedroom.
Serena can be seen accidentally falling out of bed, and hitting her head. All of a sudden, her lost memories came back, including all the times that she shared with Tenten.
