KENYAN Eric Chipsiror and Lovely Andrin logged victories in the “Race to Beauty” of the Metro Supermarket and Super Metro yesterday at the Terraces grounds of the Ayala Center Cebu.
Chipsiror topped the 21K men’s open in one hour and 13 minutes while Andrin reigned supreme in the distaff side with a time of one hour, 49 minutes and 12 seconds.
Douglas Mwitti (1:17:18)and Paul Zafico (1:23:40) were the runners up in the men’s race. Keisha Mae Delechos was a second behind Andrin while Marivic Mari wound up third with a time of 1:58:00.
Lovely’s sister, Cherry, won the women’s 10K in 50 minutes and 16 seconds while Ariel Saballa reigned supreme in the men’s side with a time of 37:49. Abraham Kilimo (17:20) and Roseni Pagay (28:36) were winners in the 5K race.
