Minglanilla resident shot down by motorcycle rider

A FEMALE resident of Minglanilla town was shot dead by an unidentified motorcycle rider in Barangay Punta Princessa, Cebu City Monday morning.

Mirasol Sausa Tangcay was shot in the head as she was about to fetch her nephew in Enriquez compound, Barangay Punta Princesa. The gunman got off his motorcycle and aimed his gun at her, PO3 Winston Ybanez said.

Ybanez said the 35-year-old Tangcay asked the gunman not to shoot her, only to be shot in the head. The motive for the attack had yet to be determined.
