Cebu City police to avail of medical aid

Cebu City police are qualified to avail of the City Hospitalization in Assistance and Medicines Program (CHAMP).

Cebu City Councilor Dave Tumulak said this was agreed on in a meeting between Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña and Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) director Sr. Supt. Joel Doria Thursday morning

Tumulak, deputy mayor for police matters, said all police personnel assigned in Cebu City will now be qualified to avail of the CHAMP.

CHAMP which started during the term of former Cebu City mayor Michael Rama term provides hospitalization assistance of up to P25,000.00 for beneficiaries of the said program.
