CEBU CITY–A college student was arrested by the operatives of the Waterfront Police Station in a buy-bust operation past 2 a.m. on Saturday.
Christian Mari Tiu, 28, a marine engineering student and a resident of Villagonzalo 2 in Barangay Tejero, Cebu City told the police that he didn’t know what he was selling was shabu.
But PO2 Gian Carlo Saberon said their surveillance showed that Tiu had been peddling drugs.
Recovered from Tiu’s possession was a medium sized pack of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu worth P100,000.
