Ariel Labiste fired 20 points and Ian Mingoy scattered 15 as Team Uratex recovered from a close 42-45 loss to MB Scalar.
Gil dela Cerna piled up 19 points for CY Boys, which absorbed its second straight defeat.
In the other game, MB Scalar of Benidick Bandala and Jim Alima pocketed its second straight buy downing the Home Boys Avenue of Paul Cabungag, 49-45.
Also nailing a second straight victory was Derivative of James Ylaya following an 83-52 of Lycan of Charles Abella.
The tournament is held in memory of league founder Randall Joseph Prado. Teams will play in a single round-robin format in the elimination round.
The top four teams will advance to the knockout semifinals with the survivors moving to the championship round.
