Teenager arrested in buy-bust operation

Police arrested a 19-year-old man for selling shabu to an undercover policeman in Barangay Ermita, Cebu City at around 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

Chief Insp. Clark Arriola, Carbon police chief, identified the suspect as Ivan Estrella.

Recovered from Estrella are four medium packs of suspected shabu.
