Live grenade found in Dalaguete town

A LIVE grenade was found at the boundary of barangays Consolacion and Balud in Dalaguete town Monday afternoon.

P01 Christopher Amadar of the Dalaguete police precinct a resident of Barangay Consolacion in Dalaguete reported to them about the grenade at 1 pm.

Amadar said the military’s Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD) team cordoned the area and took the grenade, which had no safety pin and lever.

Amadar said the grenade’s explosion can kill anyone within a five meter radius.
