2 Cebuanos make 2nd round of Dagitab Festival netfest

CEBUANO netters Norman Joseph Enriquez and Paul Helarry Coderos chalked up separate victories to advance to the second round of the Palawan Pawnshop-Palawan Express Pera Padala (PPS-PEPP) Dagitab Festival regional tennis tournament yesterday at the Naga City Tennis Club in Naga, southern Cebu.

The University of the Visayas (UV) ace Enriquez defeated Ryan Dimagnaong without breaking a sweat following a default win.

Enriquez, thus, set up a second round duel today with the winner of the Adrian Nacilla-Pacholo Quintia match-up, which was still being played as of this writing.

The Barangay Mambaling-native Coderos, on the other hand, earned his own seat in the second round by blasting fellow Cebuano Geiriel Villaflor of Argao, Cebu 4-2, 4-0.

Coderos will take on La Carlota’s Troy Llamas today.
