GOTHONG Southern Shipping Lines Inc. successfully established a joint venture company (JVC) with Suzue Corporation, provider of comprehensive logistics and distribution services in Japan in a ceremony held in Makati, Metro Manila.
This new JVC, named “Gothong-Suzue Philippines Inc.” aims to extend logistics service connecting the Philippine islands to an expanded transport network within East Asia (China and South Korea), Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam), South/West Asia (Bangladesh, India, UAE and Turkey), Africa (Republic of South Africa) and Central America (Mexico) while accelerating global expansion to meet the demands of customers who promote business globalization.
The JVC has been made official and both companies are now looking forward to serve customers through International Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and expanded Logistics services. /PR
