Two reporters agreed to meet at a popular fast-food outlet which offered free breakfast sandwiches last Monday.

When the first reporter came early and lined up at the fast-food outlet along with other eager patrons, she got a call from her reporter friend who told her she cannot show up due to a stomach virus.

As the reporter shrugged and told her, “It’s your loss,” she looked ahead of the line and gritted her teeth at seeing her grinning friend ahead of her with a guy in tow.


A girl showed her friend a picture of a new sundae float that she had just tried at a popular fast-food outlet.

The friend asked how the float was before saying if she had just come from the Golden Arches outlet. Exasperated, the friend sarcastically replied that she just left the Red Bee outlet.

Hearing her testy reply to her friend over the phone, the girl’s grandmother scolded her and told her to abstain from fast-food since it was a Friday during the Lenten season.


Yet another girl posted a new profile picture that she intentionally rotated sideways on her Facebook account.

Her friend commented that it hurts her neck to look at the picture because she has to tilt her head when looking at it.

The girl simply said, “Well, you can just simply rotate your phone, you know.” To which she replied, “Can you rotate a computer monitor?”
