CEBUANO cyclist Jun Vincent Duron will be sitting out the Camotes Island Mountain Bike Challenge tomorrow as he focuses on his stint in the relay division of the Consolacion Mountain Bike Duathlon slated this Sunday in Consolacion town north of Cebu.
The Talisay City-native Duron will be paired with Roberto Daque in the relay competition.
“I will prioritize the Consolacion Duathlon so that the registration fee wouldn’t go into waste,” Duron said. “We will try our best to get the top spot in the open relay category.”
The race will also serve as a preparation for Duron’s stint in the Asian Mountain Bike (MTB) competition in Japan on April 23. He is the defending champion in the event.
