LAPU-LAPU City Mayor Paz Radaza will deliver her State of the City Address (SOCA) to city residents at the Hoops Dome at 9 am Wednesday.
She said several important events like the hosting of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings, Cobra Ironman 70.3 Philippines, Charter Day and Taxpayers night delayed the address.
Radaza said she will report on her administration’s achievements in terms of infrastructure projects, education, health and investments.
