In the other Division A match, Gaisano Capital kept its flickering hopes for a finals berth alive with a 108-62 thumping of the Ateneo de Cebu Team B.
Gaisano Capital feasted on its youthful opponents and had six different players reach twin digits in scoring led by big man Bbert Gilo with 17 points and nine boards. Mavii Suarez and Jeremy Nacua each had 14, Anton Solon pumped in 13 while Ed Macasling and Patrick Go had 12 each to even Gaisano Capital’s record up at 4-4.
