A 29-year old man died in a vehicular mishap along the national highway in San Fernando town on Wednesday morning.
Roldan Camasora, a resident of Dumanjug, suffered fatal injuries when he was thrown out of his motorcycle during the accident.
PO2 Edzel Recablanca of San Fernando Police Station said Camasora tried to overtake a Cebu City-bound passenger bus but was hit by another vehicle. Camasora’s body was then thrown under the bus.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Roger Bara, the driver of the passenger bus, surrendered to police but was released after a settlement with the victim’s family.
