THEIR fans have not seen them for a while together on screen.
Jennylyn Mercado and Mark Herras will be working again this time with LJ Reyes and Tom Rodriguez for a drama series titled “The Cure.” A photo of Mercado and Herras was shared by Kapuso Girl on Instagram, “SPOTTED: MarkJen reunited in #TheCure soon.”
Both rose to fame after winning Starstruck in 2003. They were paired in several GMA shows like “Encantadia,” “Ikaw Sana,” and “Rhodora X.”
Director Mark Reyes posted a photo on his Instagram account last Monday that a story conference for the new project was held.
“New Team. New Show. Here we go,” Reyes captioned their group photo.
Other stars who are part of the project are Jaclyn Jose, Ken Chan, and Arra San Agustin.
Chan on his Instagram also posted a group photo and said, “THE CURE. Soon on GMA Telebabad.”
