ADDING to its rapidly growing roster of restaurants The Abaca Group just opened its second branch of Tavolata Italian Restaurant at the fourth floor of The Terraces at Ayala Center Cebu.
The Italian restaurant is celebrated for its handcrafted pasta, hand-tossed pizza and its signature salads and oven roasted meats.
Tavolata takes inspiration from the traditional Italian trattoria.
While Tavolata makes no claims to be 100 percent authentic Italian, its dishes reflect the purity of an Italian trattoria by relying on classic and effortless cooking where superior ingredients take center stage.
Their pasta is made by hand from 100 percent semolina flown from Italy, using their own bronze die extruder, and their pizza, which many should deem the highlight at Tavolata, are completely hand-tossed and complemented with an array of artisan meats and cheeses.
The Abaca Group also owns and runs award-winning Abacá Restaurant, Maya Mexican Restaurant, Abaca Baking Company, Phat Pho, Luncheonette and their newest baby, Red Lizard Taqueria which has branches in SM City, Ayala Cebu and Filinvest Cyberzone.
