IN just a week after the world celebrated Chinese New Year, Mandani Bay, in cooperation with Mandaue Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce, painted the town red with their own version of Little China Town. Complete with lanterns and flamboyant music, the celebration commenced with the cultural lion dance and was immediately followed by the encouraging voice of the Venerable Miao Ren of Fo Guang Shan Chu Un Temple.

True enough, Mandani Bay exceeded the expectations of their guests as the night became alive with several performances. The air was also enveloped by the inviting aroma of the food in alleys. The event ended with a colorful fireworks display. The celebration was indeed a brief immersion in the Chinese Culture.

Mandani Bay Project Manager Gilbert Ang, shares his excitement with the guests and unit owners alike, as he believes that this gesture gives them a glimpse of how it would be living in Mandani Bay. This initiative is not a first of its kind. For the past years, they have organized similar activities with a common theme: “Connection in Community”. Mandani Bay has committed all efforts to transforming Cebu into a world-class lifestyle destination.

According to Ang, their efforts are merely icing on the cake. Owners and guests should be expecting more of these activities once the first phase has been completed and delivered by the year 2020.

Mandani Bay is developed by partners HongKong Land and Taft Properties. It is located at F.E. Zuellig Avenue, Mandaue City.
