SENIOR keglers Ging Francisco and Cynthia Uybengkee outclassed their opponents in the weekly bowling tournament of the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (Cetba) Friday Group last Friday at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.
The 25-handicapper Francisco scored 220, 155, 204 and 169 in the four-game competition for a total of 848 pinfalls to top the men’s division.
Francisco averaged 212 pinfalls in every game to relegate Ronan Barredo, who scored a total of 825 pinfalls, to second place while Fred Torrequemada’s 819 total pinfalls allowed him to settle at the third place.
At fourth place was Jerry Davis after knocking down 780 pinfalls just enough for him to surpass eventual fifth placer Renato Reyes who tallied a total of 779 pinfalls.
Uybengkee, for her part, topped the women’s division by reaping 169, 157, 144 and 152 all throughout the tournament to sum up to 786 pinfalls.
Frenzy Williams settled for second place after garnering 759 pinfalls leaving Rose Camero to salvage third place with 758 pinfalls.
Sonia Gakenholz (757), Erica Kim (714) and Cristilyn Tan (695) occupied the fourth to the sixth places, respectively.
