Cebuano netizens were very excited to visit and experience the world-class facilities inside the multimillion-peso Terminal 2 (T2) of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA), which was inaugurated last June 7.
Netizen Joe Leighty wrote, “I can’t wait to see the new terminal.”
“Looks very spacious & elegant with a native Filipino touch!” remarked Renan Oklang, after photos of T2 were posted on the CDN Facebook page.
Facebook user Architectsuaprmp Jonz, an OFW based in Bahrain, commented, “Muuli nko cebu (I will go home to Cebu)… Nice airport.’”
Terminal 2 will begin its commercial operation on Sunday, July 1. It will be opened for public viewing and tour today, June 27, to June 28.
