The family of Vicente “Tingting” de la Serna, former Cebu governor, who passed away on Saturday (Sept. 1) received condolences from all over social media.
Edelyn Correlo wrote, “Rest in Peace sir Tingting ….my prayer for your soul…..and condolence to the family…”
Mike Magno commented, “Rest in Peace sir. Thank you for your kindness.”
Ramon Jr Ronulo said, “May he rest in peace.”
