THE UNIVERSITY of Cebu (UC) Webmasters will send its best table paddlers to the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Batang Pinoy National Finals slated September 15 to 22 in Baguio City.
According to UC athletic head Jessica Honoridez, the school will have six table paddlers competing under the Cebu City Niños team. They are Eljey Dan Tormis, Dominique Henze Lucero, Mikylla Therese Dinauanao, Lindy Marie Darlo, Kaye Alicaya, and Andrei Caballes. All of them were the gold medalists in last December’s Batang Pinoy Visayas Finals held in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
Last Sunday, the Webmasters dominated both the elementary and secondary divisions of the Milo Little Olympics Visayas Regional Finals. One of the big contributors of UC’s double victory were its table paddlers.
