Cash-rich Salon de Rose chess tilt on Dec. 22-23
HUGE cash prizes await the winning teams in the upcoming “Salon de Rose Tatluhan Team Chess Tournament” on December 22 to 23 at the Barracks Chess Club at the Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
The winning team will receive a whopping P20,000 while the runners-up will receive 12,000. Third placers take home P8,000.
The event is a National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP)-rated tournament, which means the three players of each team must have an average rating of 2,000.
Registration fee for the early bird is pegged at P1,000 until November 30. From December onwards, the registration fee will be P1,200.
